[globalsouthdata] UN Global Digital Compact: feedback form

Dear Jaqueline and colleagues,

Thank you so much for reaching out and prompting this coordinating action.
We are indeed planning to submit commentaries. However, the form is not
very flexible for allowing joint contributions. How can we help with the
submission DataPrivacyBr is preparing? I have seen the document
<https://www.dataprivacybr.org/wp-content/uploads/2023/03/Southern-Alliance-for-the-Global-Digital-Compact.pdf>
before, and it is great! We would be happy to collaborate on your new
submission's data governance and AI sections. Is there a draft you can
share?

Additionally, you might know that we have been advocating for an
International Decade of Data via different UN channels. So, we have drafted
a couple of paragraphs advocating for a "Decade of Data"

that
we will send via the "Any additional comments" section of the form. And we
thought we could invite other organizations to sign into it, if supportive
of this idea. What do you and others think? Would you like to sign into
that section?
