[globalsouthdata] Global Gathering 2025 and COP30

Hello, everyone!

My name is Pedro Saliba, I coordinate the Asymmetries and Power area in
Data Privacy Brasil. This is my first message to the group, nice meeting
you!

I wanted to ask if any organizations from GSA will attend two events:
Global Gathering in Estoril, Portugal; and COP30, in Belém, Brazil.

I'll represent Data Privacy Brasil in both events. If anyone wants to meet
at the GG, I'll be glad to talk about digital rights and activism. My

On COP30, we're proposing an activity regarding DPIs and
environmental data. We're open for panelists on this topic with
perspectives from global south organizations. If any of you plan to attend,
please let me know.
