[globalsouthdata] GSA Learning Session: Brazil AI Act

Hi, folks!

Thanks to those that joined us in the learning session of the GSA.

I am attaching the presentation that I used this morning. I included a lot
of hyperlinks to the Brazilian AI Act and a lot of materials that Data
Privacy Brasil produced in the past years.

We hope that this learning session provided a better understanding of the
Brazilian legislative process in comparison with Nigeria (thanks, Gbenga
and Paradigm Initiative!).
