[globalsouthdata] Letter regarding the AI Panel/GDC/UN

Hi folks,

Letting you know that we  submit this* joint letter (signed by members of
the Global South Alliance)* to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Brazil,
the co-facilitators of the negotiation process—Spain and Costa Rica—and the
Office of the Secretary-General's Envoy on Technology, through the Office
of Digital and Emerging Technologies.

We expressed our concerns and contributions to the current negotiations on
the AI Panel & Dialogue.
